A Punt is a State Owned media company headquartered in Spain. Founded in 2017, the company operates with approximately 430 employees and specializes in broadcast media production and distribution. It is a Valencian free-to-air public broadcast television channel owned and operated by the Valencian Media Corporation. Its flagship and sole television channel broadcasts mainstream programming primarily in the Valencian language. The entity is a constituent of FORTA. It commenced regular broadcasts on April 25, 2018, succeeding the defunct Nou, Nou 24, and Nou Dos, utilizing the same multiplex for its transmissions.
