Achmea Investment Management B.V. (AIM) sold 32 retirement homes in the Netherlands to Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance on July 28, 2022. In other news, Achmea IM was selected by Ahold Delhaize as its new investment manager. However, a spokesperson for Achmea IM announced that it will vote against remuneration policies and board appointments of pharmaceutical companies that fail to meet certain criteria.
