Albis Technologies is a privately owned company headquartered in Switzerland. Founded in 2008, and with approximately 20 employees, the entity now operates as Albis-elcon, which is part of aconnic AG, a German telecommunications technology provider based in Munich with major operations in Hartmannsdorf. The company specializes in high-performance hardware and software solutions for global communication networks, focusing on telecoms. Having emerged from the UET Group, Albis-elcon integrated brands like Albis Technologies and SUCONI to emphasize secure, energy-efficient, and sustainable networking. Its expertise includes gigabit access, network disaggregation, and 5G powering solutions, serving international telecommunications operators and enterprise clients. Beyond its core technology business, the company has diversified into "Carbon Capturing & Bio-Energy."
On July 28, 2026, aconnic AG initiated commercial shipments and began ramping up supply of its new ACCEED 1444 system, designed to support gigabit fiber network rollouts by bringing fiber closer to customers and providing symmetrical copper-based services. This follows the company's successful closure of a EUR 4 million working capital financing agreement with a strategic investor on July 22, 2026. This financing is intended for the procurement of components and raw materials to fulfill existing customer orders. Previously, on June 30, 2026, aconnic AG announced a delay in publishing its 2025 financial report, moving the deadline to September 30, 2026. This postponement coincided with an extension of its EUR 23 million debt facility, now maturing on July 31, 2027. Earlier, on May 12, 2026, aconnic AG introduced a revised fundraising strategy, aiming to secure up to EUR 35 million in a financing facility for its Communication Networks sector to manage a growing order backlog and refinance existing debt.
