Allplay

Allplay is a privately owned company headquartered in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, operating under Allmedia Safe Service LLC and is set to be acquired by Yandex Uzbekistan in late 2025. Functioning as a tier 1 media tech buyer, the company was founded in 2016, originally launching as an independent online video portal leveraging Uzbekistan's zero-rated domestic TAS-IX network infrastructure. It has since evolved into a significant digital broadcasting operator, specializing in commercial digital entertainment, streaming, and media platform services. The platform provides over-the-top (OTT) video-on-demand services, linear television retransmission, online music streaming, and digital distribution of licensed domestic and international feature films, television series, and live sporting events to multi-screen subscribers across Uzbekistan.
