Almajd Network, a privately owned entity headquartered in the United Arab Emirates, was founded in 2001 with approximately 130 employees, functioning as a tier 1 media tech buyer. It specializes in broadcast television and radio, operating as a group of general and specialized satellite television channels. Owned by Saudi businessman Fahad Abdulrahman Alshimeimri and other partners, the network provides both free-to-air and encrypted channels. It offers Islamic content with a Salafi orientation and produces or restores a significant portion of its programming. Broadcasting and production facilities are located in Dubai, Riyadh, and Cairo.
