This follows its November 5, 2025 announcement that its flagship Cobalt FM transmitters can be ordered with built-in MicroMPX SFN technology, a development made possible through a partnership with codec innovator Thimeo, which the company states is a global first for transmitter manufacturers. In August 2025, Aqua Broadcast formed a partnership with engineer David Reaves, recognized for his previous work at New York City's 100.3 WHTZ(FM) “Z-100.”
