Array Digital Infrastructure, also known as UScellular, is a publicly owned company headquartered in the US. It is a subsidiary of TDS. Founded in 1983, it employs approximately 6,910 individuals and reported $163.0M in revenue as of 2025. The company was previously a wireless telecommunications provider serving consumers, businesses, and government agencies. As of August 1, 2025, its wireless operations were sold to T-Mobile, with the remaining infrastructure management business being renamed Array Digital Infrastructure. The company now focuses on owning and operating wireless communications infrastructure, including cell towers.
