Artec Technologies, a privately owned company headquartered in Germany, was founded in 2000 and employs approximately 20 individuals. Specializing in broadcast media production and distribution, the company develops and manufactures software and system solutions designed for the transmission and recording of TV video, radio, audio, and metadata within networks and on the Internet.
On April 15, 2026, the company announced its cooperation with VOMATEC Innovations GmbH to launch the CAVISIKI research project. This initiative, funded by the German government (BMWK), aims to integrate security systems, reduce false alarms, decrease workload, and increase efficiency in alarm processing for control and command centers, as well as for authorities and companies with critical infrastructure. Earlier, on December 8, 2025, an insider transaction was disclosed, reporting that supervisory board member Ingo Hoffmann sold 5,000 shares for 275 EUR each on December 4, 2025. On the day of the BaFin publication, Artec Technologies' shares traded at 231 EUR, aligning with the previous day's closing price.
