Asociación Argentina de Tenis

Asociacion Argentina de Tenis, a state-owned entity based in Argentina, was founded in 1921 and operates with approximately 100 employees. Its primary focus is racquet sports. The organization functions as a non-profit civil association that governs all aspects of tennis and its affiliated entities, which include over 200 clubs and federations supporting more than 8,000 registered players. In addition to its administrative and institutional areas, the Association is divided into nine sports areas established to develop tennis throughout the country. A volunteer Board of Directors, renewed every four years and elected by the affiliated entities, establishes the guidelines for action. The Association coordinates, oversees, and manages tennis from its headquarters in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, working closely with its affiliated entities, including federations from the interior of the country and clubs in the City of Buenos Aires and Greater Buenos Aires.
