Augustana University's Student Success Center recently completed its annual survey of recent graduates from August, December, and May of the previous academic year, tracking outcomes related to liberal arts education and institutional support. Earlier, on January 19, 2026, 173 Augustana students and faculty participated in the university's January Interim (J-Term) 2026, exploring 18 countries during the four-week session dedicated to curricular enrichment. This followed the opening of the annual "Augustana High School Invitational" at the university’s Eide/Dalrymple Gallery on January 5, featuring works from high school students. On January 2, Austin Bruins forward Siamion Marshchanok committed to play NCAA Division I hockey for Augustana University in the CCHA, set to join his twin brother Matsvei next fall. Previously, on December 3, 2025, Augustana University received a $5 million grant from Lilly Endowment Inc. for religious, educational, or charitable purposes, as one of 48 recipients in the National Storytelling Initiative on Christian Faith and Life 2025.
