Previously, on September 16, 2025, Axiata Digital Labs appointed Aishan Bamunawita as Head of Talent Acquisition. In this position, Bamunawita will lead the company’s global talent acquisition strategy, focusing on strengthening hiring systems, enhancing employer branding, and developing talent pipelines to support Axiata’s continued innovation in digital and IT services.
