Bain Capital, in partnership with Columbia Threadneedle and QuinSpark Investment Partners, acquired the Pullman Montparnasse hotel in Paris from Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield on an unspecified date. This four-star hotel, built in 1974, contains 957 keys and is located near Gare Montparnasse. Separately, JLL was selected to manage 10 open-air retail centers in Florida and South Carolina, totaling over one million square feet, recently acquired by 11North Partners and Bain Capital Real Estate. Finally, reports indicate Bain Capital is in advanced negotiations to sell Italmatch Chemicals SpA of Italy for $1.6 billion. Negotiations are exclusive, with a potential final agreement and announcement expected before the end of the month.
