Barcelona Capital Nàutica (BNOF), also known as the Fundació Navegació Oceànica de Barcelona (FNOB), is a privately owned Spanish organization founded in 2005. Employing approximately 20 people, BNOF's primary activity is the organization and management of spectator sports, specifically the Barcelona World Race sailing competition. As of 2023, it remains operational in Spain.

This finding was reported on multiple occasions. The study highlighted the significant financial boost provided by Team New Zealand's decision to host the competition in Barcelona.
