Norkring, a Norwegian media service provider, was acquired by Cordiant Digital Infrastructure, a UK-listed infrastructure investment company, from Telenor Communication II and Participatiemaatschappij Vlaanderen for €5.25m. In the third quarter, Norkring experienced a 1% decline in total revenues, despite growth in some services. However, revenues at Norkring increased. Norkring also selected Nevion for a new football contribution network in Sweden, utilizing Nevion's media gateways and management solution. Additionally, contracts between Belgian operator Telenet and Norkring ensured the continuation of DVB-T2 broadcasts without actual programs.
