On May 20, 2026, Urban One was reported to be selling "Mix 99.3" WMXG to Augusta Radio Fellowship Institute, with WMXG simulcasting "Mix 100.9" WLNK, which Urban One is selling to Bible Broadcasting Network in a pending $4.2 million deal. Previously, on April 1, 2026, Bible Broadcasting Network filed the $4.2 million deal to acquire hot AC "Mix 100.9" WLNK from Urban One, augmenting its existing religious stations WYFQ-FM & AM (93.5/930) in Charlotte. This followed the initial announcement on March 30, 2026, that Radio One (Urban One) would sell 100.9 WLNK Indian Trail to Bible Broadcasting Network for the same sum. Earlier, on August 14, 2025, Texas developer High Street Residential filed to rezone over seven acres of land owned by Bible Broadcasting Network in south Charlotte, located at Carmel Commons Boulevard and Pineville-Matthews Road, for a proposed 380-unit apartment and retail project.
