Birlasoft announced its participation in the BLUEPRINT 4D 2026 global Oracle conference, scheduled from May 4-7, 2026, in Dallas, Texas. The company plans to showcase its JD Edwards service offerings and business solutions, which aim to help enterprises modernize their JDE environments, standardize business processes, and reduce total cost of ownership. This follows news on April 2 that a series of half a dozen senior-level exits and the prospect of a second consecutive full-year revenue decline have drawn attention to the effectiveness of CEO Angan Guha's turnaround strategy. Earlier on April 2, the company confirmed a sweeping leadership reshuffle, approved by its board on March 30 and effective April 1, 2026. As part of these changes, Birlasoft appointed Vikram Puranik, who brings over 25 years of experience and previously served as Chief of Engineering Delivery and Operations at GlobalLogic, as Chief Operating Officer. Based in Pune, Puranik will focus on strengthening global delivery and innovation, driving operational excellence and margin expansion. The reshuffle also included the appointment of Arun Rao as Chief Human Resources Officer and the departures of Chief Human Resources Officer Priti Kataria, Chief Operating Officer Selvakumaran Mannappan, and CEO (Rest of the World) and Global Head of Strategic Growth Initiatives Manjunath Kygonahally.
