Blanco y Negro Music, a privately owned company headquartered in Barcelona, Spain, was founded in 1983 and employs approximately 70 individuals. The company specializes in content rights management and functions as an independent record label, particularly focused on electronic music. With over 30 years in operation, it has released artists such as Moby, Carl Cox, and Sven Vath, and maintains a catalog of 80’s Italodisco and Dance hits. Its internationalization efforts include offices in Mexico and Brazil, where it manages rights and audiences. This presence has positioned Blanco y Negro Music as a bridge for European labels, including Armada Music, CNR Records, Protocol Recordings, Axtone Records, Planet Punk, Cloud9, Kontor Records, and Revealed Recordings, and artists such as Armin Van Buuren, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, W&W, Nicky Romero, Hardwell, Axwell, Lost Frequencies, and Don Diablo, entering the Latin American market. In 2017, the company expanded into live events, becoming the official promoter of UNITE with Tomorrowland in Spain, a hybrid festival combining live performances with live streaming from the Tomorrowland festival in Belgium. This event was first held in Barcelona, and by 2018, Blanco y Negro Music had consolidated its event portfolio to include six festivals in Spain and Mexico, such as UNITE with Tomorrowland Barcelona & Mexico, Sensation Madrid, and Brunch in the city in Valencia.
