On August 1, 2025, the reverse takeover transaction closed, resulting in the creation of Blue Ant Media Corporation (formerly Boat Rocker Media Inc.). Following the completion of the reverse takeover and public listing, Blue Ant appointed Dervla Kelly as Chief Marketing and Communications Officer and Surani Adamesco as Chief Technology Officer. On August 21, 2025, Boat Rocker Media Inc. acquired a majority stake in Industrial Brothers Ltd. Matthew Fernandes will continue leading Industrial Brothers as Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer, with Tammy Semen overseeing production and day-to-day operations as Chief Operating Officer. Boat Rocker Media and the BBC also announced a new Nintendo Switch game, *Danger Mouse*, based on the British animated series, planned for release in 2026.
