Bolivarian Communication and Information System, also known as SiBCI, is a state-owned entity headquartered in Venezuela. Founded in 2006, the company functions as a conglomerate of Venezuelan state media, managing public radio, television, and multimedia operations, and is attached to the Ministry of Popular Power for Communication and Information.
