Cadena COPE, a privately owned Spanish media company founded in 1979, produces and distributes broadcast media. Employing approximately 890 people, it operates as the second most popular general radio station in Spain, boasting over 2.8 million daily listeners based on EGM data. The company, whose name is an acronym for *Cadenas de Ondas Populares Españolas*, is part of the COPE Group, which also includes Cadena 100, Rock FM, and MegaStar FM, and is owned by Radio Popular SA.
