Cetin, a privately owned company operating under parent companies PPF Group and e&, is headquartered in Czechia. Founded in 2015, it employs approximately 1,390 individuals and reported $999.8M in revenue as of 2025. Functioning as a wholesale provider of active and passive telecommunications infrastructure services, Cetin operates across the Central and Eastern Europe region. The company was formed from the structural separation of infrastructure business from O2 Czech Republic and three Telenor branded operators in Eastern Europe, and currently represents four CETIN operating companies located in the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Hungary, and Serbia.
On July 21, 2026, Cetin modified a contract for engineering and construction works related to the "Minitendr 3. etapa – Kouty Část 1 - FIX" project in Czechia. Previously, on July 9, Cetin announced the result of a telecommunications services contract, "Poskytování služeb KIVS - 2017 - 2041," with an estimated value of CZK 3 billion. Earlier, on June 23, Cetin also modified a framework agreement for the execution of electronic communication network construction works across Czechia. This follows Cetin and O2 Czech Republic completing mobile network expansion projects on June 19, which involved Cetin building 20 senders to cover 32 sites across the country, enhancing 5G networks in rural areas with EU subsidies from the National Recovery Plan. In January 2026, Cetin began a transformation to become a data-driven company, with its Data Warehouse (DWH) and Business Intelligence (BI) department, led by Daniel Arnošt, focusing on data automation and report optimization.
