The Charlotte Knights, a privately owned Minor League Baseball team founded in 1976, are the Triple-A affiliate of the Chicago White Sox. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, the team employs approximately 120 people and plays in the International League. Their home games are held at Truist Field, which opened in 2014. Prior to this, the Knights played at several other stadiums in Charlotte. In 2023, the team's revenue was less than $10 million.
