Chimney Animation

Chimney Animation, a privately owned company headquartered in Taiwan, was established in 2018 by veteran animator, art designer, and manga artist Fish Wang. The studio specializes in media managed services, focusing on developing narrative short films, music videos, and creative cultural merchandise characterized by distinct artistic styles. Its proprietary catalog includes independent titles such as Gold Fish (2019), the virtual-reality animated experience Red Tail—which won the Crystal Award at the 2023 Annecy International Animation Film Festival—and The Ghost of the Dark Path, which secured Best Animated Short Film at the 2023 Sitges Film Festival.
