Its notable achievements include winning the 2001 Série A, the Copa Sudamericana in 2018 and 2021, and the Copa do Brasil in 2019, making it the only team from Paraná to secure international titles. Furthermore, it has finished runner-up twice in the Copa Libertadores, in 2005 and 2022.
