Tracing its operational lineage back to 1969 with the founding of its flagship salsa station, Radiomar, the company was formally established on January 2, 1998, by businessman Abraham Zavala Falcón and his sons. With an estimated 120 employees, the company specializes in commercial radio broadcasting, digital media, and experiential BTL (Below the Line) advertising. Managed by General Manager Abraham Zavala Chocano, it operates as one of the two major radio networks in Peru, acting as a primary market competitor to Grupo RPP.
