Datorama is a privately owned company headquartered in the US. Founded in 2012, it operates with approximately 300 employees and specializes in software development. The company provides a cross-channel marketing analytics platform designed to connect data, facilitate reporting across various channels and campaigns, and surface relevant insights.
On July 31, 2026, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) expanded its agentic AI strategy, signing a new $1.6 billion, three-year agreement with Salesforce to modernize care delivery, benefits administration, and workforce operations. This development follows Salesforce's internal focus on advanced AI, as on July 30, the company highlighted its progress in developing AI agents capable of autonomously performing tasks within its platform, potentially reducing the need for traditional browser-based interaction. Earlier on July 30, Salesforce also collaborated with Adamas University (AU) to establish West Bengal’s first Salesforce Academia Centre of Excellence. This partnership will provide students and faculty with hands-on access to a range of Salesforce technologies, including Agentforce, Agentforce 360 Platform, Tableau, and Data 360.
