It specializes in television network management, premium content production, advertising services, and digital ventures. The group manages three nationwide television networks through its Vie Channel division—Vie Channel – HTV2, Vie GIẢITRÍ (VTVcab 1), and Vie DRAMAS (VTVcab 19)—which are distributed across nationwide digital cable, terrestrial, direct-to-home satellite, and managed IPTV platforms. Anchoring its direct-to-consumer digital transformation, the conglomerate operates the over-the-top video-on-demand streaming platform VieON, developed in partnership with BCG Digital Ventures, and utilizes production powerhouses like Dong Tay Promotion and M&T Pictures to create multi-platform franchises such as Rap Viet, The Masked Singer Vietnam, and 2 Days 1 Night. Monetization occurs through targeted B2B media planning and programmatic advertising sales via DatVietMEDIA and TKL, alongside consumer-driven digital subscription tiers and e-commerce merchandise distribution handled by VieSHOP.
DatVietVAC Group Holdings unveiled an initial public offering (IPO) on July 8, 2026. Upon completion, the company's charter capital will increase to VND1.11 trillion ($42.69 million), with an expected market capitalization of approximately $240 million. All shares are anticipated to list on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange within 2026. Previously, on December 20, 2025, VieON, a member of the DatVietVAC Group Holdings technology and entertainment ecosystem, received the 'Platform of the Year' award at the Vạn Xuân Awards. The Vạn Xuân Awards advisory board honored VieON for developing an effective and sustainable advertising ecosystem that supports domestic brands.
