Digigram, a privately owned French company founded in 1985, designs, develops, and manufactures equipment for broadcast media production and distribution. As of 2023, the company employs approximately 40 people. Its products facilitate content delivery for broadcasters, encompassing solutions for complete point-to-point encoding and streaming, including remote broadcast encoders and studio-to-transmitter links.
On April 15, 2009, Digigram partnered with Axia Audio, a Telos Systems division, to offer IP-Audio networking equipment for radio broadcasters. On August 1, 2025, Digigram Group acquired Wavely, a Lille-based company specializing in AI-enhanced acoustic surveillance solutions for industrial and security markets, expanding the group's employee count to nearly 80 worldwide. The acquisition of Wavely, founded in 2017, was announced again later, highlighting its expertise in combining audio signal processing and artificial intelligence. On September 17, 2025, Digimarc Corporation launched digitally watermarked security labels for product authentication, using interactive machine-verifiable authenticity checks to reduce fraud.
