The facility can manage up to three simultaneous productions across multiple locations, and the company has recently deployed it for live sports coverage in Mexico, Miami, and Shanghai, as well as for live concert contributions and playout operations for GCTV. Previously, on April 30, the Lisbon-based production company, which specializes in complex live events and distributed broadcast workflows, launched the new MCR to significantly enhance its capability for multi-site productions with centralized editorial control. This development positions Lisbon as a remote production hub, enabling scalable broadcast-grade production over the public internet and replacing traditional outside broadcast (OB) workflows.
