On September 4, 2026, Divitel acquired the Dimetis BOSS Broadcast Manager platform, along with its engineering and support team, and opened an engineering office in Dietzenbach, Germany. The Dutch video services provider, specializing in data-driven intelligence for video and broadband operations, acquired the platform from Dimetis for an undisclosed sum. The BOSS Broadcast Manager platform provides broadcast management software for monitoring media workflow automation, configuration, and control of streaming and IPTV services. The acquired team remains in Dietzenbach, where Divitel established its new German office.
