Dynacare, a privately owned Canadian medical laboratory services company, was founded in 1997 and is headquartered in Brampton, Ontario. The company employs approximately 1590 people and provides laboratory services to hospitals and other healthcare entities.
On August 12, 2025, Dynacare partnered with Evexia Diagnostics to offer Canadians a wider range of health and wellness testing services. Separately, public health officials announced potential measles exposure at a Dynacare lab in Winnipeg on May 26, 2023, between 1:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. In a different development, the Manitoba NDP government renewed a contract with Dynacare for lab services in the province, extending the agreement for five years. This decision follows previous criticism from the NDP, while in opposition, regarding the privatization of lab services. The government stated that Manitobans expressed a desire for improved lab services.
