Functioning as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Bashundhara Group, the company is headquartered in a production complex within the Bashundhara Residential Area of Dhaka. EWMGL maintains a multi-platform portfolio spanning print, broadcast, and digital news. Its print publications include the daily newspapers Bangladesh Pratidin, Kaler Kantho, and Daily Sun. On air, the group operates NEWS24, a 24/7 satellite news network; T Sports, a dedicated sports television channel; and Radio Capital 94.8 FM. Additionally, it manages the digital portal Banglanews24.com, serving as an informational hub for domestic audiences and the global Bangladeshi diaspora, and as a vehicle for national retail and corporate advertising.
