On April 23, EMPIRE, an independent label distributor and publisher, announced a global strategic partnership with Zee Music Company, an Indian music label. This collaboration aims to expand Indian music's global footprint, with EMPIRE managing the international distribution of Zee Music Company’s extensive catalog on major music streaming platforms outside India. The two companies also plan to collaborate on cross-border creative projects. Previously, on April 21, artist Shaboozey announced his fourth studio album, "The Outlaw Cherie Lee and Other Western Tales," for a July 31 release, distributed via American Dogwood and EMPIRE.
