Endeavor and World Wrestling Entertainment Inc. announced plans to form a new publicly listed company, with Endeavor contributing UFC at an enterprise value of $12.1 billion. Endeavor will own 51% of the new company, while existing WWE shareholders will own 49%. The agreement combines two iconic global sports and entertainment brands: UFC and WWE.
