On March 5, 2026, Brookfield initiated a sale process for its Canadian home services provider Enercare, with the process currently in its first round of bidding. Sell-side advisors CIBC and Scotiabank circulated marketing materials to prospective buyers at the end of January to acquire Enercare’s Canadian water heater and HVAC leasing business.
