This followed the series' thrilling start to its 2026 season on February 12 at Australia’s Mount Panorama circuit, delivering action and overtakes during its opening 30-minute event in support of the prestigious Bathurst 12 Hour. The Challenge Australasia championship had returned to Mount Panorama on February 11 to commence its 2026 campaign, welcoming both new and familiar names after its successful debut in 2025. Earlier on February 11, Ferrari also engaged clients and enthusiasts at The I.C.E. – The International Concours of Elegance in St. Moritz, Switzerland, providing Casa Ferrari hospitality and a challenging Corso Pilota Classiche on ice amidst the Swiss Alps.
