Quickline donated tablets to Sight Support Ryedale on July 28, 2026, to support visually impaired people in North Yorkshire, helping them build digital skills and access vital services through the charity's digital inclusion project. Earlier on the same day, Quickline announced that Swiss telecoms provider ebs TeleNet joined its network of regional operators and energy suppliers. Ebs TeleNet will begin offering Quickline's internet, TV, mobile, and landline services by the end of August, having joined the Quickline network in March after its previous provider withdrew. Previously, on July 5, Quickline reported it connected almost 11,000 publicly funded premises across North Yorkshire as part of the Government’s Project Gigabit programme, reaching this contractual milestone two months ahead of schedule. Quickline received its Project Gigabit contract for North Yorkshire in June 2024.
