On February 22, 2026, Kirkland & Ellis advised The Heritage Group, an Indianapolis-based, fourth-generation family-owned business, on its acquisition of FORTA, a Pennsylvania-based leader in synthetic fiber reinforcement for asphalt and concrete, from Riverarch Equity Partners. The Heritage Group, which specializes in construction and materials, environmental services, and specialty chemicals, announced the purchase on February 18, 2026.
