The company specializes in developing drones for public safety, providing elevated and actionable intelligence designed to assist public safety teams in their operations with a push-button interface.
Fotokite presented its Rooftop Box Drone system at LandEuro 2025. This vehicle-mounted tethered unmanned aerial system (UAS) is designed for public safety and emergency response applications, using the Fotokite Sigma platform for automatic deployment from SUVs or heavy apparatus vehicles. Separately, Fotokite's tethered drone technology is being used for event security in the United States, providing real-time situational awareness for crowd management and traffic flow. On June 19, 2025, it was announced that Fotokite would be an official sponsor of ElevateUAV 2025, taking place October 21st-22nd in Miami, Florida.
