France Judo, a non-profit organization headquartered in France, was founded in 1946 and employs approximately 340 individuals. Functioning as the French Judo, Jujitsu, Kendo and Associated Disciplines Federation, its aim is to promote the practice of Judo and its associated disciplines, including Jujitsu, Kendo, Iaido, Sport Chanbara, Jodo, Naginata, Kyudo, Sumo, and Taiso. The federation supports over 525,000 members across 5,300 affiliated clubs and 111 Regional Delegated Organizations, leveraging 6,000 state-certified instructors, 150 technical and federal advisors, and 26,000 volunteer leaders. It organizes over 4,000 events and competitions at the departmental, national, and international levels.
