French Swimming Federation, also known as FFN, is a privately owned organization headquartered in France. Founded in 1919, the organization operates with approximately 240 employees. Functioning as the French water sports association, it groups sports swimming clubs, open water swimming, synchronized swimming, diving, and French water polo. The federation organizes national competitions and the selection of French teams. As of 2017, it reported 316,905 members. The FFN is a member of the European Aquatics and the World Aquatics, and has been chaired by Gilles Sezionale since April 2017.
