Founded in 2003 in the UK, the Frontline Club is a non-profit members-only organization. With a staff of approximately 10, it serves as a professional forum for journalists, photographers, and other media professionals focused on international news and media. In 2023, the club's annual revenue was less than $1 million.
The Frontline Club hosted several events. On July 31, a partnership with Libraro, a digital publishing startup, was celebrated with a panel discussion and reception. A presentation on the experiences of Black African women in South African newsrooms was given in July 2025. On an unspecified Friday, the Global Arab Network held an event at the Frontline Club to mark the 50th anniversary of Arab News. This event included a documentary preview and a panel discussion about Arab News' digital transformation and the influence of artificial intelligence on media.
