On May 25, 2026, Gaudio Lab signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Motrex to advance in-vehicle infotainment (IVI) sound solutions, supporting Motrex's strategy to secure a position in the next-generation Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) and intelligent cabin markets. Previously, on November 4, 2025, Gaudio Lab highlighted its LM1 Loudness Metadata as a solution for ensuring compliance with California's SB 576, which addresses loudness levels in streaming advertisements. This followed Gaudio Lab's announcement on August 20, 2025, that it would participate in the "AI Dubbing Specialized K-FAST Expansion Project," hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Korea Association for ICT promotion, a project reportedly receiving KRW 8 billion in funding.
