German Olympic Sports Confederation, also known as DOSB, Deutscher Olympischer Sportbund, or dosb, is a non-profit organization headquartered in Germany. Founded in 2006, it employs approximately 200 individuals. Its primary focus is spectator sports.
The German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB) announced a partnership with Ocean Outdoor to enhance Team Germany's visibility before the Milano Cortina and Los Angeles Olympics. The DOSB president urged government bodies to uphold the annual €1 billion sports infrastructure budget, citing social justice and the country's potential Summer Games bid. A separate entity, Dynamic Ocean Sdn Bhd (DOSB), awarded a contract to Strohm for thermoplastic composite pipes in Malaysia; this is unrelated to the German Olympic Sports Confederation. A different organization, TechnoGen, acquired the HHS ASA Division of the Office of the Secretary Budget (DOSB) Support Service contract; this is also unrelated to the German Olympic Sports Confederation.
