Gibson Custom launched the Gary Clark Jr. ES-355 on February 16, 2026, a limited-edition model of 100 units handcrafted in close collaboration with the four-time GRAMMY® Award–winning musician and inspired by B.B. King’s Gibson. Previously, on February 9, The Gibson Pickup Shop unveiled the Aged Greenybucker™ Pickup Set, a limited-edition offering built to the specifications of the Patent Applied For humbuckers in the famed "Greeny" Les Paul™. Also on February 9, Gibson celebrated 100 years of its flat-top acoustic guitars by expanding the Original Collection, featuring the J-160E Original, SJ-200™ 60s Original, and LG-2 50s Original models. This followed the February 4 release of the L-1 Anniversary Limited Edition by Gibson Custom, a tribute to the company's first flat-top acoustics introduced a century ago, with production limited to 100 units worldwide. Earlier, on February 2, Gibson partnered with Lamb Of God’s Mark Morton to introduce a signature Les Paul™ model, the Mark Morton Les Paul Modern Quilt, which combines a quilted maple top with modern features.
