On October 1, 2026, ANALOGr announced an auction for October 20, featuring 16 Gibson-inspired instruments from the Outlaw Custom Shop Guitar Collection, crafted in the late 1980s by luthier Roger Giffin and vintage-gear expert Brett Allen. Earlier, on September 28, Nieve Ella became the newest addition to the Gibson Artist Spotlight program, which supports emerging talent globally. This follows the September 23 unveiling of the Les Paul Custom Egyptian Sands by Gibson Custom Master Artisan Rickie Hinrichsen, a new piece in the Gibson Custom Master Artisan Collection. Previously, on September 21, Gibson partnered with Eric Clapton’s Crossroads Guitar Festival, which returned to the Moody Center in Austin on September 26 and 27, 2026, showcasing an all-star lineup including Eric Clapton, Gary Clark Jr., and Joe Bonamassa.
