Founded in 1909 and privately owned, Groupe CH is a Canadian company primarily involved in spectator sports and entertainment. Employing approximately 1230 people, the company owns the Montreal Canadiens and Laval Rocket hockey teams. Its entertainment division, encompassing evenko and L’Équipe Spectra, produces and promotes over 1600 annual events, including major festivals such as the Montreal International Jazz Festival and OSHEAGA. Groupe CH also owns or manages several venues, including the Bell Centre and Place Bell.
