It functions as a producer and distributor of editorial, news, educational, and entertainment content, serving both the Spanish and French speaking markets.
Grupo Planeta returned to France with the launch of Éditions Planeta on September 21, 2026. Earlier this year, on January 28, Logista Books, a joint venture with Logista Integral for book storage and distribution, reported a 4% increase in its total volume of delivered copies in 2025, distributing 37 million copies. This figure represented an 11% increase in general edition lines that maintained continuity.
