HOTA, also known as Home of the Arts, is a State-Owned entity headquartered in Australia. Founded in 1976, the organization operates with approximately 170 employees. Functioning as a 17-hectare cultural precinct located in Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast, Australia, the site is situated amidst parklands and bordered by a lake. The precinct encompasses a six-level contemporary art gallery, two indoor theatres, and a cinema. An outdoor stage with an amphitheatre lawn hosts concerts and festivals, and a pedestrian bridge connects the grounds to the nearby Chevron Island. HOTA also features various dining areas, including a rooftop bar and a restaurant, and holds a weekly farmers' market on its lawn.
