The Institute for Canadian Citizenship (ICC) is a non-profit organization founded in 2005 and headquartered in Canada. With a team of approximately 50 employees, the ICC aims to promote inclusion, create opportunities for connection, and encourage active citizenship. The organization delivers various programs and special projects to achieve its goals. These include the ICC Youth Leadership Program, which provides young people with the skills and knowledge to become active citizens; the ICC Newcomer Mentorship Program, which connects newcomers to Canada with experienced mentors; and the ICC Civic Engagement Program, which encourages Canadians to participate in civic life.
