This followed the INTERSPORT International Corporation's (IIC) decision on November 2, 2025, to integrate INTERSPORT Spain into INTERSPORT France, granting INTERSPORT France the license for the Spanish market after a final ruling by the Spanish Commercial Court, consolidating its European presence.
